The CBJC Board is now maintaining their new web site and can be found at Http://www.centralbrooklynjazzconsortium.org

Since late 2003 Artist Mosaic has maintained and developed a web presence for the Central Brooklyn Jazz Consortium. We were early adapters of new media and web 2.0 protocol and were during this period, able to keep the CBJC on the first page of search for Brooklyn jazz in all major search engines and the second and third within a general Jazz Search. We thank CBJC and The Jazzpazazz Preservation Society Inc's Ms Alma Carroll, CBJC founder and our sponsor for their support.
Since the start of 2007, we have, as we've done every year since the start of this project, spent the first few months upgrading our web skills and strategy. The Artist Mosaic project still continues this year examining the boundaries of virtual possibilities with presentation Of Jazz of Fashion! Our separate efforts for community and indie businesses has evolved to the a Community portal Brooklyn Fashion Gallery That will focus on Music, art, dance, entertainment in Brooklyn! The Full CBJC Jazz Calendar as well as events of other Brooklyn happenings @ that site.
During April we will share information, new web tools and protocol to registered members on that site.

Before You Build your Website, what you need to consider is... What Can your website do for you

Jazz Connections 2006
Even large corporations are bidding for a presence in virtual realities such as second life. businesses whether not for profit or for profit are contemplating the switch. AboveJazpazzaz's Alma Carroll encourages digital documentation of her events so that future generations would have access to the stories directly from the holders of these memories.
Before you invest in a potential website what's it purpose and who will be using it! what actions should site visitors take. For example, if you site is given out after a "more info" notice, your site visitors are going to that site for "More info" not a digital version of the same flier.
